2. Eligibility
- The draw is limited to UK residents who are over 18 years old and are eligible to attend the Jewellery Show as a free-to-attend jewellery trade professional.
- Employees of the promoter, their media partners, exhibitors, or their employees are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
- Anyone who has registered and has been approved to attend the Jewellery Show as a free-to-attend jewellery trade professional by 11.59 pm on Monday 25 August 2026 will automatically be entered into the draw.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
4. Prize details
- One-night stay at a hotel (TBC) near Olympia London on the night of 2 September 2026 in a double room for the winner.
- This prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after Monday 25 August 2026.
- The winner will be contacted by email by Tuesday 26 August 2026.
- The winner must respond to the promoter by 5.30pm on Wednesday 27 August 2026 or the promoter reserves the right to choose another winner.
6. Prize delivery/fulfilment
- The winner's details (name and email address) given as part of their Jewellery Show registration will be used to confirm their stay. The hotel booking will be confirmed after this and the winner will receive the booking by email.
- The winner will be responsible for arranging travel for themselves.
7. Publicity
- The promoter will comply with GDPR in handling all the entrant details according to the existing Privacy Policy.
8. Data protection
- The entrant details will be used to administer the prize draw and other data handling will be done according to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
9. General
- The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- The organiser reserves the right to substitute a similar prize if necessary.
- The organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Confirmation that the prize draw is governed by the laws of England & Wales (or Scotland if applicable).
