When will the E-Zone be live?
Once the E-Zone for the Jewellery Show is live, you will receive an email from our marketing team containing your unique login details and additional information about the platform. If you ever forget or misplace your login details, you can click the 'forgotten password' link, and a reminder or a new set of credentials will be sent to you via email.
Where can I add my information for my exhibitor badges?
You can add your information for your exhibitor badges through our registration supplier, LiveBuzz. Once registration is open, you will receive instructions on how to register and submit the required details, including your photograph and identification, to complete your badge registration.
Before registering yourself and any colleagues, please ensure that you have all the required documentation ready for everyone, as you will need to provide the following for each registrant:
-
A current photograph or headshot
-
A valid form of ID (passport or driving licence)
Once all documentation is ready, you can complete registration for yourself and your colleagues and request as many exhibitor badges as needed.
What should I expect from the Jewellery Show?
The Jewellery Show is the UK’s biggest jewellery trade event, practical for anyone involved in the jewellery sector. As an exhibitor, you will have access to the largest exhibition of its kind in the UK, with over 3,500 jewellery trade professionals in attendance.
When will the Technical Manual be live in the E-Zone?
The Technical Manual is managed separately within the E-Zone by our Operations Team. It typically goes live approximately six weeks prior to the event, at which point you will be notified via email. In the Technical Manual, you can manage all things concerning your stand, including storage, electrics and extra utilities.
How can I promote myself that I am attending the show?
You can promote your jewellery business at the show via the E-Zone with:
-
Marketing Manual: Access the E-Zone Marketing Manual for step-by-step guidance on promoting your jewellery business before, during, and after the show via various avenues.
-
Personalised Gleanin Banners: Download your personalised banners from the E-Zone (left-hand side menu) and share them with your community to spread the word.
Exhibitor warning: How can I protect myself from exhibitor scammers?
The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) have released a guide for protecting you from scammers.
Trade shows are not immune from scammers and exhibitors at trade shows can represent an attractive target for scammers, who harvest data from public websites and directories and pretend to represent the organiser of the event, or companies associated with the event.
We want you to enjoy your exhibition experience, to be alert and to protect yourself and your company from potential scams. In this short video, the AEO explain the type of scams you should look out for, what makes something look suspicious and what to do if you are a victim of scamming.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you are in doubt about any communication you receive regarding your participation at the show.
