Shiyamali Paranirupasingam is the founder of the award winning pearl jewelry brand L'Amour Pearls, blending a decade long career in digital technology across the UK and Canada with a multicultural upbringing spanning three continents. She is a Certified Cultured Pearl Specialist accredited by the Cultured Pearl Association of America, and holds a pearl specialist certification from DANAT, the Bahrain Institute for Pearls and Gemstones. Her vision for the future of jewelry, powered by AI, was featured in Hong Kong based Jewellery Net magazine, in an article titled "AI, Prompting Efficiencies in the Jewelry World," in which she discusses how AI can streamline aspects of jewelry production, from design to distribution.
Shiyamali was named one of the Top 100 Women Advancing AI Worldwide in 2023, and was celebrated at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario,Canada as an emerging entrepreneur. Under her leadership, L'Amour Pearls has earned Platinum awards and been shortlisted for Retail Innovator of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards 2026.
