British Security Industry Association - SaferGems Crime Intelligence Initiative
Sarah served for 30 years with the Metropolitan Police, retiring as a Detective Chief Inspector in charge of the Flying Squad at Putney.
In 2018, joining the British Security Industry Association, appointed as Head of SaferCash. A national intelligence security initiative with seconded Police staff working in partnership with Cash in Transit companies, UK Finance Banking partners and independent ATM Distributors to reduce physical crimes.
In 2022 Sarah was also appointed as the Head of SaferGems, which is a UK intelligence initiative, sponsored by the National Association of Jewellers and T H March Insurance Brokers, created to prevent and tackle crime committed against the retail Jewellery, Pawnbroker, Fine Arts and Antiques Trade.
