Jodine began her career after earning a business degree, and spent over a decade as an operations manager within leading FMCG companies. She later transitioned into HR, holding senior regional and European roles within the luxury health and beauty sector. In 2013, Jodine joined De Beers Group as Senior HR Manager, supporting a range of global functions across the company’s international footprint. Her growing fascination with the diamond industry inspired her to pivot roles and take on a new challenge: designing and launching the education service from De Bees Group specializing in Rough & Polished Diamond courses.
