Cath joined The Gemmological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A) as CEO at the beginning of February 2025. She has worked in the field of membership and professional education since 2011 when she joined The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) as Director responsible for all their external facing activity. She joined Gem-A from British Mensa, a social membership organisation with 18,000 members, where she was CEO for four years.
