Christian Guthmann, who represents the fourth generation of the family business, creates modern jewelry using ancient traditional techniques such as fire enamel, sand casting, hand engraving and CAD design. He uses recycled or fairly mined gold and silver, pearls, cameos and genuine gemstones, taking inspiration from old gardens and parks as well as the art and style of the 19th and early 20th centuries. The emotional pieces are still handmade and sustainably crafted in the gold town of Pforzheim/Germany.
