How KGK Group Digitised B2B and B2C Jewellery Operations for a Seamless Customer Experience
KGK Group: Digitising B2B and B2C jewellery experiences through connected digital solutions
KGK Group is one of the world’s leading jewellery manufacturers and retailers, operating across the US, UAE, Hong Kong, India and China. Serving both B2B and B2C customers, KGK combines diamond and gemstone sourcing, manufacturing and distribution with a global retail presence.
KGK Group wanted to modernise its jewellery operations and remove the manual processes slowing down both customer-facing and internal workflows.

The challenge went beyond having an outdated website. KGK was managing quotations, pricing, orders, jewellery concepts and digital assets across fragmented processes. Email-based quotation exchanges and manual order management made it harder for teams to respond quickly, while the B2C experience needed a more intuitive way for customers to discover and personalise jewellery.

Magneto IT Solutions worked with KGK to create a connected digital ecosystem supporting both B2B and B2C commerce.

The solution included a centralised digital asset library, automated quotation management, digital catalogues with client-specific product selections, real-time order management and integration with KGK’s existing ERP system.

For the B2C experience, Magneto introduced an interactive ring builder that allows customers to explore materials, sizes and gemstones while creating personalised jewellery. Mood boards and pre-designed jewellery templates also helped customers visualise collections and accelerate the design process.

On the B2B side, digital catalogues with unique URLs enabled sales teams to share curated product selections with individual customers more efficiently. Automated quotations helped reduce the reliance on manual calculations, while ERP integration connected inventory, fulfilment and order processes.

The project also introduced design versioning and Product Design Documentation capabilities, allowing teams to track revisions, feedback and approved designs in a more structured way.

The result was a more connected and scalable digital environment for KGK, bringing customer experience, jewellery design, order management, digital assets and operational workflows into one streamlined ecosystem.

The KGK project demonstrates how digital transformation in jewellery can go beyond an eCommerce storefront, connecting the systems and processes that sit behind every customer interaction.
